iSwifter is an early-stage startup based in Menlo Park, CA. Our founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs and Silicon Valley veterans who are passionate about building innovative technology and products that make a difference in the world.

the iSwifter platform

iSwifter is the world's first cloud-based content streaming platform built specifically for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Our patent pending content-aware abstraction software runs on a massively scalable cloud backend to intelligently convert interactive content (e.g. games) not originally built for mobile devices to a form that is optimized for individual mobile devices, complete with multi-touch gestures and different screen resolutions. Unlike others, we do not ask developers to rewrite their code on our platform!

history

iSwifter was incubated at YouWeb. Backed by Silicon Valley superangels, iSwifter was spun out of YouWeb in December, 2010. We are now focused on building the next version of the iSwifter platform.

founders

Rajat, Gupta
Rajat is a former Product Management and Marketing exec from Symantec, where he was responsible for driving strategic go-to-market initiatives in Telco and South-East. Before that, he spent a number of years in engineering roles at EMC and Intransa. Rajat has a Bachelors in Computer Science from HBTI, a Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Wharton.

Rohan Relan
After graduating from UC-Berkeley with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Rohan moved to New York to work in Goldman Sachs' Quantitative Strategies division. He was quickly recruited away by Peter to join YouWeb, where he stayed ever since. When he's not honing his Salsa dancing skills, he can be found working on the next generation iSwifter platform.
